Initial Comments:An off-site follow-up survey completed on June 1, 2023, found that Enhabit Hospice had corrected the deficiencies cited under 42 CFR, Part 418, Subparts A, C &;; D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a state licensure and Medicare certification complaint survey completed on March 29, 2023.

The deficiency was cited as a result of a state licensure complaint survey completed on March 29, 2023.
